No. We provide technology only. We do not offer valuations, represent sellers or buyers, or conduct your sale as an auctioneer.
Is the sample property for sale?
No. Sample listing — not a real property for sale. Photos, comparable sales, registrations, pre-approval and bids are illustrative. No real account is created and no real bid is placed.
Can I choose absolute or reserve?
The technology supports both formats. An absolute auction has no reserve; a reserve auction requires the reserve to be met. You must determine which format and terms comply with your state’s requirements.
How do buyers find my auction?
Buyers arrive through your own seller-specific property link. The platform’s public site is for owners learning about the technology.
What is a soft close?
When a bid arrives in the configured final window, the deadline is extended to give other qualified bidders time to respond. Try the final 30 seconds in the sample auction.
How do I get access?

Who handles compliance and closing?
You are responsible for compliance in your state. Consult qualified legal, real estate and closing professionals as needed. The platform does not provide those services.
